One of the South Island’s greatest exports, supermum Nic chose a creative career based entirely on the results of a personality test she took 12 years ago.
It must have been a good test, because she’s excelled in a range of agency roles since; managing Telecom’s sponsorship and experiential portfolio at NZSA, as Account Director and lead strategist for AA Insurance, and handling Lion Nathan’s Diageo portfolio at renowned indie agency, SPECIAL GROUP. She’s also built branded content and partnerships for the Retirement Commission, been lead strategist for government clients ACC, HPA, and EQC.
While she may not have studied at Hogwarts, this Harry Potter superfan is undoubtedly a strategic wizard. When it comes to career highlights, Nic most enjoyed driving the brand strategy behind notable campaigns such as the ‘Breast Milk’ breast cancer fundraiser for Lewis Road Creamery, and the McWhopper ‘truce’ for global client Burger King while at Y&R NZ.
