Warming up Winter
Define the Problem
Our challenge was to create an online based campaign that would stand out from other health stores, and reinforce Hardy’s reputation as winter health experts.

Design the Solution
We focused on making winter feel warm and inviting through illustration and hand crafted typography; as a healthy winter is a winter to look forward to. This also ensured that the Hardy’s work would set itself apart from the usual red stuffy noses in competitors’winter collateral.

Deliver the Experience
The campaign centered around the idea of preparation, with health advice videos and written tips released on social media weekly. We created a collectable ‘Winter Wellness Pack’ which included 10 beautiful tip cards and a fridge checklist, so that the customers would always have the advice handy, as well as give them an excuse to pop in store.

A microsite allowed Hardy’s customers to easily access winter health information with a click.
FREE WINTER WELLNESS PACK
To drive sales in-store and build their database we gave away a free winter wellness pack to everyone who signed up online. Over 50,000 packs were given away.
WEEKLY VIDEOS AND SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT
Customers were educated with weekly videos by actual Hardy’s consultants and pushed out through a highly engaging social media campaign.
