The adventure tourism space is crowded and larger operators often can make their customers feel just like a number. Walking Legends had the unique opportunity of offering one-of-a-kind experiences that are more intimate, fun and hands-on with guides that enable unforgettable memories.
We created brand pillars to showcase the experience – from the iconic hikes, to the authentic and fun-loving guides and the world-famous sandwiches, which all contribute to lasting memories in unforgettable places.

The Walking Legends guides have a distinctively Kiwi style of humour, which we wanted reflect within the brand. Our tone of voice is down to earth and fun loving to help bring through the personality of the people you meet on the journey.

We created a clean modern mark with a badge-like feel. It’s bold, striking and memorable with personality coming through and capturing the essence of the Walking Legends experience.
Our brand icons are inspired by the embroidered patches and passport stamps of outdoor adventurers – unique mementos of special experiences.
