With just 1 week to build and 3 weeks live, we helped Baypark Speedway rally public support — and secure the proposal. We were tasked with creating a campaign to rally public support for Baypark Speedway’s proposal to purchase the North Stand and secure the stadium lease until 2039.
The Creative
We led with a simple, emotive, locally resonant message; “Keep the heart of Baypark beating”. A proud call to action celebrating Speedway’s legacy and future - privately funded and no cost to ratepayers.
The Media
With just 3 weeks in the market we:
- Rand geo-targeted Meta ads across Tauranga and Western BOP.
- Produced video and static content for digital placement.
- Built a lean microsite linking directly to TCC’s consultation form.
- Local traffic OHH spots
- Ran successful activation inside Bayfair Shopping Centre to reach and engage the public directly.
